CompeFFon Package includes:

• Stage rehearsal(s) for your choir (10 minutes);
• Rehearsal in your hotel in >mes to be agreed with the owner of hotel;
• Free entrance to all the events for par>cipants and companions during the fes>val
(concerts, compe>>ons);
• Official Diploma issued by Rimini Interna>onal Choral Compe>>on,
• Two complimentary copies of the official program book;
• Mee>ng with the jury for the conductor and two choir representa>ves;
• Accommoda>on in hotel of selected category for the requested period (minimum stay
3 nights applies);
• Treatment in hotel as indicated above;
• Competent assistance at your performances (in English and Italian);
• Prepara>on of your choir’s specific i>nerary.

 Other Payments:

1 Every choir should pay an applica>on fee of Euro 200,00 for the first category chosen and Euro 100,00 for every
addi>onal category, following the instruc>ons that you receive a\er approval of your par>cipa>on.
2 All extra services should be paid directly in hotel. The drinks for all eventual meals (if you take half board or
fullboard treatments) should be paid directly in hotel.
3 The journey to the event including the travel expenses is the sole responsibility of the choir members and
addi>onal persons. No transportaFon is included in CompeFFon Package. You may ask us the quota>on for the
transfers to and from the airports, to the Compe>>on venues, and we shall provide you with very compe>>ve group
rates.
Sightseeing excursions can be requested and booked separately.
4 The city tax of Rimini, calculated per person per night of overstay, should be paid directly in hotel on arrival in
cash (euro 2,00 in hotel 3 stars). The young people under 14 years old are exempt from this tax, as well as tour leader and
a driver for every 25 persons.

Terms of Payment:

1 Deposit euro 50,00 per person should be paid on confirma>on of your par>cipa>on on the account of Volendo Viaggi
as indicated in the Invoice which you receive a\er confirma>on of the present Offer.
You may not know for sure the number of par3cipants when you pay a deposit. You pay for a planned number of people,
and you will not lose your money if there will be less par3cipants. The amount you have paid as deposit will be deducted
from the total amount in the final invoice.
IMPORTANT! In order to issue the invoice for payment of the deposit, we need to have the following informaFon:
- the name of the payer,
- the address of the payer,
- the VAT (taxpayer) number of the payer.
Please note that without this informa>on we cannot proceed with issuing the invoice. The payment should be made by
bank transfer in Euro.
2. Not later than August 30th, 2022 you need to send us by email the ROOMING LIST which is a list of all par>cipants,
complete with the following informa>on for every member:
- Name and surname - Birthdate - Passport or other iden>fica>on document number
Each person should be assigned to a room, so that it is clear which persons occupy each room.
We also require the mobile phone of the tour leader and the approximate >me of arrival in hotel. Please indicate all
other eventual requests you have regarding stay in hotel. The rooming list should be provided in Word format.
On basis of received ROOMING LIST, Volendo Viaggi will issue the FINAL INVOICE, to be paid within 3rd September 2022
