Dear Ma’am Chalms,

I am writing this letter to formally inform you of my decision to resign from my position
as a Student Assistant at King Solomon Institute. This was not an easy decision for
me, but I believe it is the right step for my personal and academic growth. I want to
express my gratitude for the opportunity to work with such a dedicated and supportive
team. I started my SA on July 2022 throughout my time as a Student Assistant, I have
learned valuable skills and gained invaluable experiences that have contributed to my
professional and personal development. I am grateful for the trust you placed in me
and the support you provided during my tenure. I ended my SA on July 20, 2023 and
I make sure to complete all my ongoing tasks and projects on my departure date. In
