A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF ___________________________, AS

SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN _________________________ OF BARANGAY ____________________,

WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act (RA) No. 10742 provides that the Sangguniang Kabataan
(SK) Chairperson shall, with the concurrence of the majority of the SK members, appoint from among
the members of the Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK), a secretary and a treasurer;

WHEREAS, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) issued DILG
Memorandum Circular No. 2018-131 to set the guidelines on the appointment of SK Secretary and
Treasurer;

WHEREAS, _______________________________ has been appointed as Sangguniang Kabataan

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Hon. ______________________________ and duly

seconded by Hon. ___________________________, be it resolved as it is resolved to CONCUR THE
