applications. • Teaching participants the basics of internet use: information

online risks and key methods for data protection. • Discussion of passwords,

Task 5: Digital Tools for Everyday Life (40 minutes) • Examination of useful
applications and online services for planning, organization, finances, and
health. • Practical assignment: each participant selects one digital tool and
