WILLIAMS, THE PROPRIETOR, BEST RESULT

INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, ON THE OCCASION OF THIRTEETH ANNUAL GRADUATION CEREMONY
AND PRIZE PRESENTATION DAY TAKING PLACE AT THE SCHOOL PREMISES, ON WEDNESDAY 10TH
AUGUST, 2022.

Verily, all praise is due to Almighty Allah, who has no partner, the most compassionate and the most
merciful. I bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah and that Prophet Muhammad
(SAW) is His Servant and Messenger. We praise Him and seek his help for forgiveness.

The Royal Fathers and Mothers of the day, The Chairman and Chairperson, Fathers and Mothers of the day,
Parents, Guardians and Teachers, Important Dignitaries on high table, Family and Friends, Graduating
students of each terminal, Ladies and Gentlemen. Asalam Alaekum Warahmatulah Wabarakatuh

On behalf of the Management, Staff members and the pupils of BRITSCHOOL, it is with great delight I
welcome you all to yet another historic occasion - the Thirteenth Annual Graduation Ceremony and Prize
Presentation Day of this prestigious citadel of learning - that is a major springboard to elevate the virtues of
our children towards educational advancement.

It is a source of inspiration and delight that occasions such as this remind us of the importance of education
to the socio-economic survival and, indeed, unity of our nation. It brings us together even more closely in
practical demonstration of our avowed intention to redefine the course of education.

The journey of a thousand mile begins with a step. It gladdens my heart to see that from an humble
beginning of a few students population in 2009, the school has made a landmark progress not only in
numerical strength but also in the quality of instructions and services; physical structure and facilities such
as: Very Conducive Classrooms; the introduction of boarding facility; the construction and equipping of a
top-notch Modern Physics, Chemistry and Biology Laboratories; Accreditations of school at various level;
Approval of NECO and WAEC Examination, to mention but few. Proudly, our SSCE Examinations (WAEC &
NECO) since 2020 has been wonderful and impressive.

To our Granduands:
Let me therefore heartily congratulate the granduands for those sleepless nights to have come this far. They
have every good reason to feel a sense of pride in this accomplishment. Though this is a stepping stone to
the pursuit of careers of their choice, You are still enjoined to be more focused, dedicated and productive.
Remember the motto of your Alma matter says much about life “With your determination and exertion, you
can move mountains”. Let this be your piloting guide.

To Our Parent and Guardians:

I felicitate with parent and guardians of our students. At Britschool, we appreciate your firm support,
commitment and encouragement that made it possible for us to sail smoothly through this session. This is
just the beginning. It is not over until it is over. It is obvious times are hard but we glorify Him for his
bountiful mercies over us. I pray you will know no bounds by the special grace of Almighty Allah. Britschool
pledges you that the coming session will experience tremendous and continuous improvement in all areas
required for academic excellence, creativity without leaving out the full aspects of education. All these will
begin to unfold immediately.

To Our Staffs: - Teaching and Non teaching/supportive staffs

For every production behind the scene, there is always a huge commitment. The dedication and
commitment to duty of our staffs have been a great asset and source of advantage to the school. I must say
it is a great privilege to work with these staffs, with a skill-set and expertise in education. Britschool truly
appreciate these efforts so far and promise you more reward morally and financially.
Advice to Britschool Students:
The journey ahead of you calls for more dedication, commitment and sound walk with Allah's mercy. As you
go on in life, do not lean on your own understanding alone, trust in your God and you will accomplish your
goal. The race of life is a confused one, many run with their legs without achieving anything, but the wise
run on their knees. It is in my prayer that every request you make on your knees will be granted.

Increment in school fees:

The Inflation rate and biting insecurities owing to the devastating effect of past Covic 19 pandemics has
brought to us global knees. The un-abating spiraling inflation in the country as can be seen in the general
cost of doing business and multiplier effects of un-abating insecurities in the country which has
consequential effects on the cost of our operations, demands an increment in the value cost of our staffs for
we need to offer them beyond minimum wage (at least living wage) for a continuous and improved discharge
of duty. It is therefore no longer possible to continue to provide service with our current fees. On this
ground, the management of Britschool has decided to have a considerate review on the school fees come
next academic session. This review shall be subjected to the parents and guardians’ opinion before
resumption and the new school fees statement shall be communicated to you. Please kindly bear with us
and understand the present dwindling situation. I pray the good Lord continue to provide for you in
abundance. (Amen)

Request & Donations:

We call on parents and guardians to please enroll their children or wards in mass in both our Nusery/Primary
School as well as secondary school for quality, religious, moral and standard education devoid of
examination malpractice and religious segregation.

We also encourage parents and guardians to enroll their pupils in the Summer Class which commences 18th
August, 2022, from 10.00am to 1.00pm.

Another good news is we are currently about to erect a well architected and standard school hostel for our
boarding promote our boarding facilities. The rooms are designed ensuit in this serene environment. We
hereby call on the dignitaries, high tables, awardees, parents and guardians to please donate you widows’
mites to the development of this project. Donate glorious for us. God will replenish your pocket abundantly.

Appreciation:
I use this medium to appreciate all the dignitaries, awardees, parents and guardance, committee members
who have in one way or the other contributed to the development of this school. The Royal Highness here
present and other chieftains at both left and right, the ZLE, LIE Ife Central during and after the school
approval are highly recognized. Special thanks to my Wife (Mrs. Sulaiman – Iya Samad), my children, my
friends, my clubs – Oluorogbo Oluwakemi, Gbobaniyi Social clubs, Advance men’s club to mention but few.
The Principal of this school (Elder Awosiyan Sunday a.k.a Baba), the staffs and students of Britschool are not
left out. You are all wonderful beings. Without you, Best Result would have just been a random building.

As we mark the end of 2021/2022 academic year today, May Allah preserves us till and beyond the coming
session in good health and prosperity.

I close this address by again giving thanks to Allah (SWA) for His mercy, favour and grace on us all. I also
thank you all for listening patiently. God bless you all.
