Explaining the different rates

Full rate
Please view all your tutoring groups and enter your full fee for each lesson where reminders and feedback went out
timeously.
Non-admin rate
Please award R15 per lesson towards our admin department for lessons that passed without reminders and timeous
feedback.

Explaining out-of-bundles
An out-of-bundle lesson is arranged if a student requests a lesson outside of their approved number of bookings. Even
though tutors record this on their invoices, Christa needs to be informed of this on WhatsApp, directly as well.
