APPOINTMENT LETTER
Dear Atul anand,

We are pleased to confirm that you have been selected to work for All India Legal Forum
(AILF) as an Internal manager of the Corporate law Board. In the course of your work, you
will be required to efficiently manage tasks, allocated task, communicate, ensure the proper
functioning of the board and carry out other tasks further assigned by your supervisor. You are
required to provide timely reports as well.

As a member of All India Legal Forum, we also expect your dedication, hard work and
sincerity. We are extremely delighted to welcome you onboard and we look forward to a
sustained and productive partnership. Kindly acknowledge the letter.

Responsibilities to be undertaken during the course of your work:

1) Supervise and lead the team.

2) Participate in report writing, data collection, critical thinking, and planning and scheduling.

3) Analysis and interpretation of information from different sources, finding information on

the internet, and communicating results.

4) Delegate job responsibilities among junior members.

5) Oversee that work is done before the deadline.

6) Train and mentor junior level entrants.

You will be governed by the terms and conditions mentioned below:

 You will be working remotely for the duration of the internship. All the tasks will be
assigned to you on your Email or WhatsApp with proper direction. There will be phone
 calls scheduled with your supervisor to discuss work progress and overall work
experience at regular intervals.

 We take data privacy and security very seriously and to maintain confidentiality of any
students, customers, clients, and companies’ data and contact details that you may get
access to during your internship will be your responsibility. Maintain confidential
records and study files.
 You are expected to conduct yourself with utmost professionalism in dealing with your
supervisor, colleagues and treat everyone with due respect.
 To complete the tasks within the allotted time.
 To follow the code of conduct set forth by the organization and maintain its decorum
and privacy at all times and situations.
NOTE: Any member if found not working properly then, Aayush Akar (FOUNDER) and
Shubhank Suman (CO-FOUNDER) has full authority to terminate him from his position.
