    Dear Sir,
    NOTICE TO QUIT
    I, Abayomi Ude, as Solicitor, Agent and Attorney to Mr. Friday Onojimi, your
    Landlord and on his behalf hereby give you notice to quit and deliver up
    possession of all that 3 bedroom Flat situate and being at 1 Ayodeji Road, Ikoyi,
    Lagos State in the Lagos Magisterial District of Lagos State, on the 31 st of January
    2016 which you held of him as a yearly tenant thereof which tenancy expired by
    effluxion of time on the 31st August 2016 pursuant to a Tenancy Agreement
    between the tenant and the landlord dated 30th July 2010.

    Dated this 10th Day of October 2016.
