like all type of pumps, agitator, refiners, gear boxes, rolls, steam line, condensate line, valve,
re-winder, boiler Maintenance, paper machine dryer, roll, guide, stretcher, Pulper, conveyor
system, Vacuum system, air system, overhead cranes etc.
2# Maintaining Daily and Monthly reports and targets to ensure execution of mechanical
activities within budget expenses
3# Maintaining inventory and procuring spares on SAP PP MM module as per ABC
inventory control analysis
4# Maintaining Material enquiry, purchase order, dealing with supplier on telephonic or
mail
5# Initiative of quarterly targets like equipments installation, process modification & paper
quality projects for improving the up time of machine.
6# Initiative of Daily safety talk, work motivation and weekly maintenance training to
subordinates and worker before job distribution
7# To ensure the daily plant round and planned maintenance planning
8# Co-ordination and follow up with external vendors, maintenance consultants and
process department for planning mechanical job
