Ganesha Mudra is practiced in a standing posture by placing the left hand in front
of the chest, palm out, and clasp the fingers of the right hand which is placed palm
in, with the left hand. As the hands are energetically pulled apart without releasing
the grip, simultaneously breathe out. By doing so, the lungs, bronchi and the ribs
are relaxed and wheezing is controlled. It is of high use in emergencies and in
intensive care cases.
