New Customer FIRST Lifecycle Report for Triconex

System lifecycle discussions are a core deliverable of


our Customer FIRST program with Installed base
capture and lifecycle reports a critical part of our Sales
and Service teams modernisation ‘toolkit’.

The new lifecycle report is an enhanced version of the


existing traditional report and was the brainchild of a
small group of UK service colleagues, led by Field
Service Engineer, Lee Kenny.

The team had the vision to create an interactive report to enable more tailored modernisation
discussions and initially developed an excel version; the detail of which was used to secure upgrades
totalling EUR 450k with Vattenfall, in Sweden - a long standing Triconex customer.

Recognising the impressive capabilities of the interactive version, in association with Lee, Global IA
Services ‘ Offer Creation ‘ and EEC Mexico went on to develop it’s visual features, using Power BI,
resulting in an immersive report that enables detailed modernisation discussions at the click of a
button.

The EEC team will provide the service of continued extraction and upload of installed base data into
the reports database, enabling on demand lifecycle analysis & reporting in Power BI.

Power BI licence access and a training schedule for report orientation for Field Service Engineers,
Sales and TSC’s is already underway across all Regions.

The evolution of our Customer FIRST program reporting will shortly see the release of the Foxboro
version closely followed by a standardised Support Usage and Summary report, another core
deliverable of the program, which supports annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth.
