Greetings in the name of our Lord!

It is with honor and great joy that we share to you that United Methodist Church will be celebrating its
16th Founding Anniversary. The members, through the leadership of the Church Council, have planned
a week – long celebration on March 18 to 24, 2024 in commemoration of God’s faithfulness and
goodness throughout the years.
Among these activities is the plan for the renovation of our church ceiling and altar as it is on its verge
of collapsing due to termite infestation. Our target date for the accomplishment of this project is on 1 st
week of March – two weeks before the celebration of our church’s 16 th founding anniversary on
March 24th. While this project seems very promising and idealistic, the church lacks the monetary
supply needed for the materialization of the abovementioned project.
With this, United Methodist Church is looking for partners that would help augment our financial
needs for the success of our project. Any amount given would provide great help for the people of our
church. Attached herewith are the Ceiling Plan, Perspective and Quotation of/ for the abovementioned
project.
