BIOGRAPHY

Noel Dalo Bautista was born on December 21, 1990 in Palayan City,
Nueva Ecija. His parents were Retired Col. Reinhart C. Bautista and
Gemma B. Dalo. He finished his bachelor’s degree in accountancy in
Central Luzon State University in 2013 and passed the Certified Public
Accountant (CPA) Licensure Examination in the same year.

After passing CPA Licensure Examination, he began his professional

career working as a job contract accountant at Accounting Service
Philippine Army.

In 2014, he acquired his permanent appointment as Accountant 1 and was

designated as Chief of 2nd Field Accounting Unit, Accounting Service
Philippine Army at Camp Melchor F dela Cruz, Upi, Gamu Isabela.

In 2017, he was promoted as Accountant III and was designated as Chief

of 1st Field Accounting Unit, Accounting Service Philippine Army at Camp
O’Donnell Capas, Tarlac.

He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Tarlac State University - School
of Law in 2023 and passed the Bar Examination in the same year.

Serving the Philippine Army as an Accountant for almost a decade, he still

holds himself accountable to a high standard of integrity, hard work, and
commitment to excellence.
