AFFIDAVIT OF NON-FILING

I, FERDINAND D. DATIN, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Purok Masigla 1,
Barangay San Miguel, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with the law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am a retired member of the Armed Forces of the Philippines since October 1, 2009;

2. That since then, I have been receiving a monthly pension amounting to Forty Four Thousand
and Three Hundred Nineteen Pesos (P44,319.00);

3. That as a consequence thereof, being a pensioner, I am not filing my Income Tax Return;

4. That my daughter MICHELLE JOYCE L. DATIN is applying for an Education Service

Contract, a program of Department of Education;

5. That I am executing this affidavit, to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and for all
legal intents and purposes and to support the application of my daughter for Education Service
Contract.
