Please Note:
• All access, scaffolding, hoisting, power, etc. to be by others.
• Storage required, protection, and movement of materials/tools to be by the Client
• Nearest available Water source for testing related to be provided by MC/Client.
• Skips to be provided by main contractor.
• Day work rates will be charged if PFC has to clear and tidy work areas from other contractors or trades.
• The Company shall be entitled to an extension of time for the completion of their sub-contract works for any weather
that delays the sub contract works howsoever caused.
• We confirm that we require all relevant permits / notice periods / licenses / permissions to be put in place by others at
no cost to the Company and agreed with all relevant parties prior to commencement of our works.
• If we are required to work around cables or ducts, the exact locations must be marked out for us prior to
commencement of our works. The Company shall have no liability for damage to cables or ducts not so marked.

Payment Terms:
• 30% Advance. • 30% Upon completion of 30% to be paid in 30 days. • 30% Upon completion of 60% to be paid in 30 days. • 10% Upon completion.
• Zero Retention. • Zero performance bond.
