Job Title : CAE Project Engineer

 Simulation and Analysis: Utilize ANSYS and HyperWorks for simulating structural, thermal, and fluid flow
problems. This includes setting up simulations, running analyses, and interpreting results to make informed
engineering decisions.
 Model Development: Create detailed and accurate CAE models based on specifications or conceptual ideas.
This involves working with geometry, meshing, and setting appropriate boundary conditions.
 Optimization: Employ optimization techniques within the simulation tools to improve product performance,
reduce costs, or enhance manufacturability.
 Project Management: Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality results within
specified deadlines. Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to align project objectives
and outcomes.
 Technical Support and Collaboration: Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers and team
members. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, testing, and manufacturing, to
integrate simulation results into broader project goals.
 Reporting and Documentation: Document all phases of the simulation process, including assumptions,
methodologies, results, and conclusions. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and
external stakeholders.
 Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in CAE technologies and
methodologies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of simulation processes and workflows within
the organization.

Selection Process :
 Round 1 : Online Technical Test : Engineering Subject
o Test Duration : 60 minutes
o Total number of questions : 50
o Total marks : 100
o To clear Round 1, You need to score 80 or more marks.
o All the questions will be MCQ
o There is no negative marking
o All the questions will be from Strength of Material Subject

 Round 2 : Online Technical Test : FEM/FEA and CAE

o Student scoring 80 or more marks in Round 1 are eligible to attend Round 2.
o Test Duration : 60 minutes
o Total number of questions : 50
o Total marks : 100
o To clear Round 2, You need to score 80 or more marks.
o All the questions will be MCQ
o There is no negative marking
o All the questions will be from FEM/FEA and CAE Subject.

 Round 3 : Online Technical Interview

o Students scoring 80 or more marks in Round 2 are eligible to attend Round 3.
o Technical interview will be conducted using Google Meeting Application.
o You should have good internet connection, front camera and microphone and speaker (headphone)
facility to attend technical interview
o In technical interview, we will ask 6 questions from FEA/FEM and CAE
o You need to give correct answers of 4 or more questions.

Important information :
 Students clearing Round 3 will get offer letter
 Students will join ELEATION company as CAE Project Engineer
 CTC will be 4.2 LPA.
 This is permanent Work from home profile.
 Students can join ELEATION anytime between 15th July 2023 to 15th August 2023.
 While joining ELEATION, students need to submit the scanned copy of engineering degree.
