DAY:-5

On that day I visited Jamunda jungle village.There I have done individual crop survey of some
farmers and interacted with them about their crops.

DAY:-6
Next day I visited Jarada village.

There I did some documentation work along with data collection of farmers for the opening of
new FPO in that area.
 DAY:-7
Next day in the same village I collected some data of individual farmers,

did there crop survey and interacted with them about plant growth and development and
insect and pest management.We also encouraged the women to join SELF HELP GROUPS.

DAY:-8
On that day we did some official work at the fpo office and then move to the village for the data
collection and individual crop survey of farmers and discuss their problems about crop
productions.
 DAY:-9
Next day we visited Banuasahi village,there we did a FIG(FARMER INTEREST GROUP) meeting
with some new farmers along with CEO Sir,knew farmers’ problem,told them about benefits of
FPO and encouraged them to join the FPO.

DAY:-10
On that day I visited Sadanandapur village.There I went to a farmer’s field.

He has grown cauliflower,Bitter gourd and Bottle gourd.

In the interaction he told about major problems associated with their crop production.
The main constraints associated with crop production in that area is the irrigation source as
that area doesnot contain any river or pond nearby and the other major constraint is the
offseason rainfall.

DAY:-11
Next day we attended a meeting with the shareholders of the FPO,did some individual crop
survey and data collection of the farmers.

On that day I visited Sanakerjang village,there I interacted with farmers and did individual crop
survey.

DAY:-13
Next day I visited Sudarshanpur village,there I attendwd a BOD metting meeting and interacted
with the farmers.

On this day I attended a BOD meeting at Uttarapada village and discussed the problems with
the farmer and did individual crop survey.

On this day I attended a meeting about the share money collection and it’s importance.

I also collected the share money of some new farmers and joined them in the FPO.

DAY:-16
On this day I did individual crop survey of farmers of the Sudarshanpur village and inputted the
data in the FPO app.I also visited their field.
 DAY:-17
On this day I visited Sankerjang Village and did individual crop survey of farmers.

DAY:-18
On this day I visited Dabardhua village and attended a meeting with the members.There we
met some new farmers and told them benefits of FPO and requested them to join FPO.We also
told them about govt. subsidy on different agriculture implements.
 DAY:-19
On this day I visited Jamunda village,there I visited farmers’ field mostly cabbage and
cauliflower and discussed various practices and know their problems and suggested
solutions.Also I did individual crop survey.

DAY:-20
On this day I interacted with the farmers of Badakerjang village and visited their paddy field and
observed the field conditions.There we learned there pest management and weed
management practices.
 DAY:-21
On this day I interacted with the farmers of the Jarada village and did individual crop survey.We
reviewed the work of BOD members.

DAY:22
On tis day we interacted with the farmers of Jamunda village and did individual crop survey.We
also visited their paddy field and observed different situation.
 DAY:-23
On this day I visited the KRISHI VIGYAN KENDRA.There I met many scientists working
there,discussed about several ongoing agricultural projects.There I visited different units such
as Vermicompost unit,mushroom unit,orchard unit,bee keeping unit,nursery,medicinal and
aromatic garden etc.
 DAY:24
On this day we visited input dealer shop at Kumanda.There I interacted with the dealer and
acquired the details such as Name,address,input,available,company name,selling
process,instruction to the farmer for application etc.

DAY:-25
On this day I visited Badakerangjungle.There I visited a farmer field.He has grown brinjal in large
number.I identified shoot borer and blight disease in brinjal.
 DAY:-26
We visited 5 successful farmers.They are doing poultry and mushroom cultivation.I
documented their story.
