DAILY ACTIVITIES

Day-1
Orientation programme
• Date- 6/9/22 an Orientation Programme was held at SOA campus-4

• In the Orientation Programme We learnt about FPO, their legal entity, benefits,
ownership and business.

• We also learnt about how an FPO formed, its cluster based business organization and its

course of action.

• The CBBO include: Mobilization, Management, Reconnaissance, Incubation, Training,

Finances

• Then we were introduced with the partners i.e. Implementing Ageneies and Tech
support, Market related interventions, Technology related interventions.

• At last we know about an enterprise called livelihood Alternatives which is backed by

SOA, its mission and future prospects.

Day-2
Visit to the FPO office
• I visited the FPO office at Badkerjang, Block-Angul Date-9-9-22.

• First there I introduced with the CEO and LRP of the organization.

• Then we discussed with about their organization, work schedule, Functioning etc.

• After discussion ,we attended a meeting as Product outlet opening for farmers.

• In the meeting Samunnati and BOD members were present.we interacted with them

and we learnt about variation schemes related to organisation .

Day-3
Individual crop survey

 Date-10/9/22 Next day we visited Jarada village and interacted with farmers and
conducted individual crop survey and also attended a meeting.

 In the Farmers meet we discussed about

 The different varieties of crop they are .

 Growing in how much area.

DAY- 4
 After collection of data we inputted the data in to excel sheet and prepared a matrix of
individual crop survey.
