Dear Parent (PRE KG - XII),

Greetings!

Tomorrow 7-10-2023 will be a full working day for III STD to XII STD &
tuesday’s timetable will be followed.

The parent teacher meet is scheduled for 14th October 2023 (Saturday) to
foster effective Interaction between the teacher and the parent for the overall
development of the student. You are required to meet the class teacher to
discuss the academic progress of your ward. We kindly request you to adhere
to the following time in order to conduct the meeting smoothly. Timing for
PTM: 09:30 am to 12:30 pm. By 12.30 pm school gates will be closed and after
which no parent will be permitted to meet the Teacher. When attending the
PTM, students are required to accompany their parents and wear the school's
blue and white uniform. It is essential for them to carry their school ID card and
school handbooks as well.

For classes LKG A & IX B the PTM will be conducted on the 16th of October
2023 evening between 3.45 pm & 5.30 pm as both the class teachers are not
available on 14-10-2023.
