    Good day Dear parents / Guardians

    We are pleased to inform you that we are now approaching the end of term 2 of (2023). We shall have
    Mid-Term Break on 30th June to 7th July 2023. Please take note of the following points carefully.

    Mid-Term Break
    Mid-term break will be from 30th of June to 7th July 2023. Children will be given holiday homework as they
    close on Friday to keep them busy and close to learning, as so children with outstanding balances will not
    be given holiday homework.

    REVISIONS
    Children will start their revisions on 17th July 2023 to 20th July 2023.

    Sports Day
    Sports day will be on 21st July 2023, to be held at Choma Sports Club, more details to be given in due
    course.

    End of Term Tests and Half day week


    Children will write their end of term tests from 24th July 2023 to 28th July 2023. Half day will be from 31st
    July to 4th August 2023

    Closure and Awards Day


    School officially closes on Friday 4th of August 2023. This also marks the end of term 2.
    All children to report in formal uniform.
    Children will also be awarded certificates of outstanding student in class on the same day. Knocking off
    time for this specific day is 12:00hrs

    Parents Teacher Meeting And Collection Of Report Cards


    Parent teacher meeting will be on 8th August 2023 from 07:30 hours to 12:30 hours. Parents are advised
    to make prior arrangements so that they can make time to discuss child’s progress and collect the report
    card on time.

    SCHOOL FEES
    Parents with outstanding school fees / stationary must ensure they settle before school closure, as this
    may add to the school withholding the terms report card

    ❖The office will remain open on weekdays during the holiday, therefore we urge all our parents to
    ensure that the one week break is utilized to avoid inconvenience when school resumes.
