    RE: REQUESTING TO USE THE FOOTBALL GROUND FOR OUR UPCOMING SPORTS DAY IN JULY

    With reference stated above, we write to your able office requesting for the Independence
    stadium to host our upcoming sports day which will take place on 21st July 2023, as it is part of
    our yearly academic activity.

    Hence, we request the authority to permit/allow our school to use the Choma Independence
    stadium for the above mentioned date. We are ready to pay the booking amount and we promise
    you that, no harm or damage will be done by any means. And we confirm that if any harm is
    caused to the property we shall be held liable for the same.
