RENTING SAYYIDINA HAMZAH STADIUM, IIUM GOMBAK FOR SPORTS DAY EVENT

Referring to above matter, we would like to rent Sayyidina Hamzah Stadium, IIUM Gombak in the
upcoming 11th February 2023 for four (4) hours starting from 8.00 am until 12.00 pm.

2. For your info, the objectives of the event are (i) to equip students with good sportsmanship,
and (ii) to provide practical exposure on fitness and health to students by joining school event.

3. The event will be attended by 60 students of AATSS Sungai Buloh, 12 accompanying

teachers, and students’ parents/guardian. The details of the event are as follow:

Date : 11th February 2023

Day : Saturday
Time : 8.00 am – 12.00 pm

4. In conjunction to that, we would like to rent (i) the stadium for four (4) hours (8.00 am –
12.00 pm) and (ii) the VIP box. We hope that you can prepare the invoice for our reference in due
time. Your cooperation and consideration are highly appreciated.
