I. BACKGROUND

Education is required to increasingly appear as the key to developing human


resources, namely those who have the abilities and skills in accordance with
development demands. The results of an educational process are not only measured by
what is known, but must be actually displayed by education graduates, education and
the attitudes that underlie it such as independece, initiative, creativity, perseverance,
accurate work ethic. To make this happen, adequates facilities are needen for echool
children.
The quality improvement system “School Based Management (SMB)” as a new
implementation and policy in the filed of education provides a great opportunity for the
community to play an actibe role in encouraging the realization of the desired quality
of education. The main characteristic of schools that implement a school-based
improvement system is that they are abel to utilize school potential which can be
optimized so that the quality of education increases. Through the implementation of
SBM, schools are required to be able to make new breakhoutghts so that students
reason, concrete efforts are needed to equip them with skills so they can live in society.
Education is very necessary for children’s development. Education for middle
age children is not only aimed at providing children with learning experiences or a
place to play, but more importantly it is to optimize all children’s development both
physically and psychologically (intellectual, emotional, spiritual, social and creative).
II. VISION, MISSION AND GOALS OF THE SCHOOL
1. VISION
The realization of civil resources that are superior in IMTAQ and science
and technology and have an independent, caring and creative character as well as
being uswatun hasanah..

2. MISSION
1. Realizing an integrated education system with the assignment of the Islamic
Boarding School Curriculum and the National Curriculum.
2. Develop an appreciation of faith and devotion to Allah SWT by
implementing the teachings of Islam and upholding the nation's cultural
values.
3. Realizing quality graduates who have the ability to achieve academic
achievement and have life skills in accordance with National Education
standards.
4. Demonstrate the concept of a safe school, free from drug abuse and brawls
between students.
5. Create madrasah residents who can be role models for society.

3. OBJECTIVE
1. Hold regular worship activities.
2. Hold activities to commemorate religious holidays.
3. Get used to a culture of smiling, greeting, being polite, polite, among fellow
school members.
4. Integrate character education in learning.
5. Implement student-centered learning.
6. Carrying out teaching by utilizing IT.
7. Implement learning with a contextual approach.
8. Hold traditional dance and music activities regularly.
9. Organize extracurricular activities that can support student achievement
both academically and non-academicly.
10. Carrying out annual activities that can support student achievement both
academically and non-academicly.
11. Carry out activities to clean the school environment regularly.

III. Closing
This proposal was made together by utilizing the potential that exists in the
school, Its preparation is carried out by examining the real conditions of the
environment, society and schools. Therefore, careful cooperation and commitment
from various parties is needed in implementing it.
In line with this, hopefully what is planned in this proposal can run as expected
and can be used as a reference for implementing activities at MTS Nurul Azhar. May
God Almighty bestow His mercy and grace so that the program to improve the quality
of education runs smoothly. Amen!
