    Birth certificate & NID (ppt copy with Visa copy)

    2. Travel history ( Entry and exit date)

    3. Bank statement from any country or any money sending docs from abroad.

    3. Family information of applicant, wife, child, parents, all siblings (name, DOB, Address) 6. Deed copy
    from back home if there is any.

    7. Any job related letter from malashiya.

    8. Marriage Certificate if married.

    9. Family photo with wife and children

    10. Some travel photos in malashiya( with iconic landmark would be great)

    11. Full residential & work address in Malashiya

    Wife & children’s current location (Abroad or BD). If any travel history, then their visa.
