1. Surface Preparation
-Remove dust, oil, grease, loose materials and paints which may affect adhesion with the substrate.
-Moisten the surface with clean water prior to application.
2. System Application Steps
According to the Apply of “ Jazeera Matrix ” to the recommended DFT. and please refer to the following instructions:

•Apply by putty knife or by hand trowel with a maximum thickness of 1-2 mm . (Several coats can be applied).
•Use the mixture within 3 hrs from mixing.
• The applied product should be cured with soft water spray after 12 hours from application for the first two
days.
MIXING •Pour the right amount of water (9.5 – 10.5 liters / 25 kg bag) into a clean container.
•Add the powder (25kg bag) to water slowly while mixing with a mechanical mixer on low
speed.
•Continue mixing for 3 minutes until getting uniform, lump-free mix and no powder stuck to
the side and bottom of the mixing container.
•Small quantities up to 5kg can be mixed manually .
• Leave the mixture for 10-15 minutes then remix again, now the product is ready for use.
