 We are pleased to offer you the position of Trainee ERP Implementation Executive at
Oakland Systems Pvt. Ltd for Kolkata HQ. As mutually discussed you will be on Probation for 6
months out of which the initial 3 months will be of the training period and as per the terms and
conditions, your Confirmation letter is to be issued to you on the date of your completion of the
probation period.

During this period your annual CTC would be Rs. 1,96,332 per annum minus statutory
deductions. No Paid Leave is entitled during the initial 3 months of the training period.

You are requested to join us on or before 01/03/2024 at our Kolkata Center.

You are requested to supplement the following documents(Soft Copy) on or before your joining
date and carry the hard copy of the below-mentioned documents along with the originals on the
day of your joining:
 Copy of all your educational qualifications.
 Two passport-size photographs.
 Copy of Adhaar card.
 Copy of Pan Card
 Copy of Voter ID/ Electricity bill/Passport.
 Copy of your SBI Bank Pass Book.
 Releasing Letter/Resignation Acceptance from current Org(If Any)
 Employee Detail Form

You will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement on your joining. In case the
information provided by you is found incorrect any offer will automatically stand revoked without
any further notice.

You are requested to kindly sign a duplicate copy of this letter as a token of your acceptance.
