Methodology
 Teacher will tell students that today we are going to talk 8 mins
about the Companion of Prophet Muhammad SAW and the C.W page no. 98
first Caliph of Islam.
 Companion is a person with whom one spends a lot of time
or with whom one travels. 5 min
 Caliph comes from the Arabic word khalafa, meaning "next
in line." It was taken as a title by Abu-bakr, the first Islamic
leader after the death of Prophet Muhammed SAW.
 Abu Bakr loved Allaah and Prophet Muhammad SAW the
most
 He was the 2nd person to accept Islam.
 He was given the title As Siddiq which means very truthful.
 He was the father of Hazrat Ayesha RA, the youngest and
the most beloved wife of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.
 He proved his true friendship with Prophet Muhammad
SAW especially in the cave Thaur.
 He was a rich, pious and well-mannered person.
 He was Prophet’s best friend since childhood.
 He served Islam with all his energy and wealth.
