1. What is the skill that you must learn before playing badminton?

Before playing badminton, either professional or just for recreation, it


is essential to learn the basic skills and techniques. This involves
mastering how to grip the racket to ensure ideal control, practicing
different types of serves to start rallies effectively, refining basic strokes
to execute a variety of offensive and defensive tactics, becoming familiar
with footwork , and comprehending the rules and scoring system to play
with confidence. Learning and practicing these abilities does not only
improves performance during gameplay but also enriches the overall
experience and enjoyment of playing badminton.
2. What are the skill and health related components that you can see in
badminton?
In badminton, skill-related components such as coordination (feet, hands,
and eyes), agility, speed, balance, reaction time, and timing are essential for
effective gameplay. These skills enable players to strike the shuttlecock
accurately, move swiftly across the court, maintain stability during
movement, respond quickly to opponents, and execute shots with precision
and power.
Engaging in badminton features the use and training of various health
related components, including cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength,
flexibility, body composition, bone health, and mental well-being. Playing
badminton improves cardiovascular health, strengthens muscles, enhances
flexibility, supports healthy body composition, promotes bone density, and
reduces stress while boosting mood through physical activity and social
interaction.
