REFLECTIVE

Sportsmanship is a playing within the rules and understanding and using sports etiquette. It is
playing fairly in the spirit of the game, showing respect and fair play to opponents and
graciousness in both victory and defeat. Sportsmanship is important why, because
sportsmanship is an understanding of and commitment to fair play, ethical behavior and
integrity, and general goodwill toward an opponent. It is an affirmation that an athlete is
disciplined enough to have perspective, maintain poise and do what is best for his or her
teammates. There are some qualities of a good sportsmanship. This are BE POSITIVE, BE
RESPECFULL, BE WILLING TO LEARN, and PRACTICE SELF-CONTROL. In sportsmanship there is
also have a benefits which is can build a good teamwork, character , teaches respect, honor,
discipline, kindness and etc. We need to be a good person so that we can develop a good
teamwork.

Once you get started with the sport of volleyball, you’ll have to learn basic skills such as
serving, setting, blocking, digging, passing, hitting and many more. Volleyball is a great sports
that can be enjoyed by people ages and skill levels. Volleyball game played by two teams,
usually of six players on a side in which the players use their hands to bat a ball back and forth
over a high net, trying to make the ball touch the court within the opponents playing are before
it can be return. Volleyball is one of my favorite sports since elementary I’m playing volleyball,
and I love playing volleyball because it is enjoyable, have fun and also you inspired a lot if you
loves once cheer you also your teammates and other supporters that make your team strong
and confident to win the game. In volleyball there is also benefits that we ca gain, you can
improve your cardiovascular health, improves your muscular system, improves joint health,
weight loss also develop Agility, speed, coordination, stamina and flexibility and more.

Badminton is sport which is very common and is played worldwide. It mainly involves hitting
the shuttlecock back and forth with the help of a racquet across the net between two players.
The racquet has to hit a web made of steel which is oblong shape. This sport is my second
favorite because badminton is a sport that makes me feel active and healthy while having fun.
It is the source of my energy. Playing sport make me feel strong and confident. Each stroke of
the racket makes the typical whoosh sound that I love. Also playing badminton is good to our
health because it can decrease the levels of bad cholesterol which can block your blood vessels
and improves the levels of hypertension (high blood pressure), heart attack and stroke. So let’s
play this sports so your body become healthy and also become fit and sexy body.
What did I enjoyed most?

o It is an honor to be part of the webinar seminar, a lot of knowledge that I learn and a lot
of strategies that I know specially in playing badminton. To play badminton and to win
the game you need to be wise, good strategies and fast to hit the shuttlecock or ball so
that your opponent will lose. It’s enjoy to be part of it .to be part like of this seminar is
fun because sharing knowledge to every student of what you know, what your
experience. Also have fun to the speaker. He is really nice speaker and he really discuss
a lot, and he deliver his lesson clearly.

What I learned?

o I learned a lot. In sports you learned a lot of tricks, strategies and how to play of it.
Sports make you happy and enjoy. Sports is not also a sports that you play whatever you
want, in sports we have a mechanics, rules and etc. by involving to sports you need to
face all the struggles specially in practice you need to practice a lot to be a good player
and lose the opponent. Just like in volleyball you need training or training seminar to
know everything about volleyball. Also in badminton you need to know how to trick you
use to lose your opponents and to win the game in easy way without any problem. In
sportsmanship it is important to have a teamwork and cooperation because without of
it, your team will be lose, so every team or every player we need to cooperate each
other to avoid any problem and to lose the game. If your partner have a mistake don’t
down it, just cheer up and make her/his confident so that in the next game he/she will
prove it. So we need to join in every sports because it can help you to you improve your
skills and also help you to become healthy and fit.

What insight that I gained

o In sports teach us about the value of failure. Whether practicing or competing, athletic
pursuits are built out of moments of triumph and moments to defeat. Np matter what
game you’re playing, it’s important to accept success with humanity and to experience
defeat with dignity.
