FEE ARRANGEMENT
Our professional fee for our services shall be:

The fees stated above will be fixed for a period of one (1) year. We agree that these fees will annually
increase by ten percent (10%).
We will bill you on monthly basis and would appreciate the settlement thereof within ten (10) days from
receipt thereof.

We also wish to thank you for giving us the opportunity to submit this proposal. Should you have any
