We are pleased to provide this proposal to NAZROS Corp. (hereinafter referred to as the

The fees stated above will be fixed for a period of one (1) year. We agree that these fees will annually
increase by ten percent (10%).
We will bill you on monthly basis and would appreciate the settlement within ten (10) days from the
receipt thereof.
