（学前组）

比赛主旨
1. 鼓励在籍学生在日常生活及学习中多使用华语

2. 为参赛者提供锻炼口才及培养演讲信心的机会

3. 让各院校在籍学生有机会互相观摩、比赛、并从中受益

参赛条件
• 所有学前教育中心（幼一、幼二）、语言/补习/托管中心的在籍学生(5-6 岁)均可报名
参加。

• 学生可代表学府或以个人名义参赛。

• 一名参赛者只能代表一间教育机构参赛。每名参赛者只能递交一份参赛表格。（注：一名
学生不能同时代表学府和语言/补习/托管中心参赛。也不能同时代表学府及以个人名义
参赛。）

往届冠军不得参与同样组别的比赛。

比赛章程
全程比赛共分三个回合：

初赛：
录像视频

• 负责老师必须将参赛者的演讲视频通过 Wetransfer 上传至 YMCA 华语演讲比赛秘书处(简

称‘秘书处’)。

• 视频必须符合以下规格：

(请严格遵守，否则被视为“失去参赛资格”论)

重要提醒 ❖ 影像背景须是浅色或白色。

❖ 影像必须捕捉参赛者膝盖以上的身体，以便评委为肢体语言打分。

❖ 若代表学府或教育机构，参赛者必须身穿校服(正装)或教育机构的服
装(若有)。若以个人名义参赛，参赛者必须着装得体。

❖ 参赛者不可以用注释卡片。

❖ 参赛者必须站着演讲， 如同现场比赛，将摄像镜头当成观众。

❖ 参赛者最好是使用麦克风，必须确保录影画面及录音效果清晰，也应
当确保在无任何吵杂声中进行录影。

❖ 疑似被剪辑或处理过的影像，将被淘汰。

• 裁判将根据录像内容评分。

• 综合评委的评判结果，排名前*14 位优胜者得以进入半决赛。

• 秘书处将通过电邮向负责老师宣布结果，并通知有关半决赛详情。

半决赛：
(线上)现场演讲

• 半决赛可分为*1-2 场。（依最终晋级人数而定）

• 晋升半决赛的*14 位参赛者可以呈献初赛的备稿演讲作品。

• 根据评委的的评判结果，排名前*7 位优胜者得以进入决赛。

• 秘书处将在比赛结束后的一个工作日内在官方 Facebook 页面及网页宣布结果，并同

时通过电邮通知负责老师。

决赛：
(线上)现场演讲

• 晋升决赛的*7 位参赛者可以呈献半决赛时的演讲作品。

• 根据排名结果争夺前 3 名的荣誉。

• 秘书处将在比赛结束后的三个工作日内在官方 Facebook 页面及网页宣布结果，并同

时通过电邮通知负责老师。

比赛条规
1 任何在指定演讲时间缺席的参赛者将立即丧失竞赛资格。
2 参赛者在演讲时段，可选择使用麦克风与否（自备）。
3 参赛者不可以携带注释卡片演讲。违规者将被扣分。
4 参赛者可以适时地使用道具或图文说明，然而这不会让参赛者因此获得额外分数。
倘若道具使用不当或在演讲时造成阻碍，反而可遭扣分。
5 代表学府的参赛者必须身穿校服(正装)或教育机构的服装(若有)参赛及出席颁奖典
礼。以个人名义参赛的参赛者必须着装得体。
6 评判团的决定是最终决定，一切有关最后结果的申诉，恕不受理。
7 参赛者/支持者不得在任何时候以行为、言语攻击评判/组委会成员。违规的参赛者
将立即丧失竞赛资格。

线上半决赛/决赛流程

1 秘书处将以抽签方式在赛前决定比赛的出场顺序。
2 比赛开始后，所有参赛者必须全程开着摄像机并坐在镜头前。
3 司仪将在每位参赛者演讲前，念出该位的姓名，学校以及演讲题目。因此，参赛者无
须在开场白中重复.
4 参赛者必须站在镜头前演讲。负责老师必须确保网络稳定、音量清晰（如有需要，请
自备麦克风）。
5 每段演讲之间有约一分钟间隔让评判计分。
6 演讲完毕的参赛者必须留在线上，直到比赛结束，以示对其他参赛者的尊重。

计时方式
每位参赛者有最少一分钟三十秒，最多两分钟的演讲时间。
初赛： 演讲少于或超过规定时间的参赛者将立即丧失晋级资格。
半决赛/决赛：演讲少于规定时间的参赛者将立即排在榜尾。
演讲超过规定时间的参赛者将被扣分/排在榜尾。（请参阅评分标准一栏）

计时规则如下：
 计时将由参赛者说出第一个字后开始
 一分钟三十秒时绿色指示灯将亮起并持续十秒
 一分钟四十秒时橙色指示灯将亮起并持续十秒
 一分钟五十秒时红色指示灯将亮起，提醒参赛者必须在十秒内结束演讲。红色指示灯将持
续亮至演讲结束。

比赛题库
比赛将以讲故事形式展开。参赛者必须以自己的亲身经历及符合新加坡国情为背景，就以下题目
（从题库中选择其一）准备演讲稿。

注：初赛、半决赛及决赛可用同样的演讲稿。

• 15 年后我的幼儿园… …

• 15 年后的新加坡

• 假如一天只有 15 个小时

0.1 至 10.0 秒 - 5分
10.1 至 20.0 秒 - 10 分
20.1 至 30.0 秒 - 15 分
30.1 秒以上 - 立即排在榜尾

学前及小学组的优胜者将获颁 YMCA 华语演讲比赛的优胜奖杯以及其他的奖励。

亚军 奖杯、礼券、礼包、亚军奖章
季军 奖杯、礼券、礼包、季军奖章

决赛选手 礼券、礼包、决赛选手奖章
荣誉奖章得主 (三甲得主 荣誉奖章
及决赛选手除外) 注：凡是在比赛中获得平均排名*25 分以下者，可获得荣誉奖章。

报名方法

1. Teachers / Parents have to complete the registration form on the following link:

2. By submitting the application, it is deemed as the parental/guardian consent has been
obtained for the contestant's participation.
3. Registration of students has to be done by 6pm, 25 February 2022 (Friday)
4. Videos of speeches are to be sent to the YMCA MSA Secretariat, via Wetransfer, by 6pm,
7 March 2022 (Monday)
5. Please note that the correspondence email will be sent from msa@ymca.org.sg and email
may sometimes land in your Spam or Junk Inbox. Please mark our email address as “Not
Spam”, so that future emails will go straight into your mailbox.
6. Student’s photo is a mandatory requirement and must be uploaded at time of student’s
registration.
7. For NRIC/Birth Cert/FIN, you only need to key in the last 4 characters (eg 234G).

Important Note: All late submissions will be rejected, after the cut-off date & time
(based on the date/time stamp in MSA’s inbox). Manual submissions will not be
accepted. So please adhere to the timeline.

Strictly no extension of deadlines as we’re running on tight schedule.

For the benefit of those participating for the first time or individual contestants, or keen to find
out more before registration, there will be an info session conducted via Zoom.

开放给已报名参加比赛的的学生及一位家长、监护人指导老师，可参加【赛前说明
会】。日期定 2022 年 2 月 12 日（六）下午 2 点至 3 点 15 分。这场免费的线上说明会，可
以让家长或老师参加以了解线上比赛的操作方式及评审标准。这是一次免费的活动，但

【华语演讲我也行!】线上训练营 (非强制性活动)
Online Info Session (Optional)

For contestants who require some training, we have set aside a few dates for optional online
training which you can sign up at a fee. The fee is for one person, but an accompanying adult
is allowed, ie contestant with teacher / parent. Please refer to the schedule for the dates.
Availability is on first-come-first-serve basis. If the chosen class is full, the organiser shall
allocate you to the next available class.

授演讲技术及提供参赛观摩；欢迎学前及小学学生（5～12 岁）和*他们的一位家长/监护人/指
导老师参加。

有鉴于 YMCA 为非盈利的慈善组织，训练营收费已获得当局津贴，名额有限，先到先得。请尽早

To confirm your participation for the training workshop, please make full payment 5 days before the
session, and no cancellation or refund 72 hours prior the workshop. Fees are still payable in the event of

训练营指导老师简介：汪丽贞

汪老师是历届 YMCA 华语演讲比赛的首席裁

判，也是新传媒电视 8 频道“斗歌竞艺”歌
唱比赛的常驻评审。除了录制著名商家的电
视广告和电台广告声演外，汪老师也是拥有
超过 20 年电台广播经验的节目主持人，担
任两届中国汉办电视“汉语桥世界大学生中
文比赛”的新加坡导师，并为新加坡传媒学
院编写广播和戏剧课程。汪丽贞老师毕业自
英国布莱德福大学，拥有商务科学荣誉学士
学位。

Registration Fees & Payment Modes

MSA Registration Fee 演讲比赛报名费 Training Workshop 线上训练营报名费

$70 per contestant 每人 $30 per contestant 每人

Registration fees are non-refundable, except in the case where the competition / category is
cancelled. Withdrawals after registration / non-submission of videos are equivalent to no-show
on actual competition dates. Hence, registration fees are still payable. Payment modes are as
follow:

1 For cheque payment, please make the cheque payable to ‘YMCA of Singapore’. Indicate
“Registration Fee for 15th YMCA MSA” / “Registration Fee for 15th YMCA MSA & Training
Workshop” and “Contestant’s Name + Category” on the back of the cheque and mail it to the
following address:

2 For payment via PayNow, please transfer using Unique Entity Number (UEN). YMCA’s UEN -
S61SS0045E (Paynow name: YMCA of Singapore).
Indicate 'MSA - Contestant's Name + Category’ in the comment section, a screenshot of the
transaction is to be be sent to msa@ymca.org.sg. Any transaction made without screenshots may
result in longer verification time and may be deemed as non-receipt of payment.
All cheque and PayNow payments for 15th YMCA MSA Registration Fee are to be received
within 7 days after registration closes, ie 4 March 2022, failing which the participants may be
disqualified. Cheque / PayNow payments for the Training Workshop are to be received 5
days before the selected session.
3 For payments via Invoice or e-Invoice, the invoice will be sent to the school / upload to IFAAS.
Teacher-in-charge is to ensure the payment’s made within the credit terms.
4 Requests to re-issue invoices with new dates due to schools’ internal processes (eg late process on
IFAAS) will be subjected to additional 10% administrative charges. Late fees will also be imposed on
those who fail to pay within credit terms.

6. Upload the video clips of the contestants, and email to msa@ymca.org.sg.
Reminder: please name your video files as follow “组别-参赛者姓名-学府名字/个人”
例如：“学前组-陈大伟-个人“，“低小-黄小华-大众语文中心”

7. If there are more than one file, please indicate all the contestants’ names in the message.
8. Once all the files are uploaded successfully, click “Transfer”.
