SPICY CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN

1. INGREDIENTS:
 9 Chicken thighs/wings

2. MARINATION INGREDIENTS:
 ½ Lime
 3 pieces of grated garlic
 Garlic powder
 Oyster sauce
 Salt
 Sugar
 Ground pepper

3. Dry materials:
 Spicy crispy seasoning flour
 Ice water for dipping

4. How to make
 Step 1
Slice the chicken then coat with the marinade, leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour
 Step 2
Prepare seasoned flour mixed with a little wheat flour so it's not too salty, use the
flour my mother likes
 Step 3
Coat the chicken with dry flour
 Step 4
Dip the chicken in ice water
 Step 5
Add it to the dry flour again while patting it so that the flour curls. The dipping
process can be done twice so that the crispy flour is thick.
 Step 6
Heat the oil on low-medium heat.
 Step 7
Add the chicken when the oil is really hot.
Use low-medium heat so that the chicken is cooked
 Step 8
Fry twice using hot oil on high heat, so that the flour remains crunchy.
It doesn't need to take too long to fry
