TAPI NHS School Governance Council Revised School Rules and Regulations

IN-HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES

All students enrolled in the institution shall be subjected to the exercise such rules and
policies as may be necessary and to maintain high standards of personal conduct and
character both inside and outside the school campus and all are obliged to follow the
following rules and regulations:

Section I. Students must give due and proper respect to the principal, teachers and other
school personnel within the school premises, anyone makes a rebellious act
towards his/her superiors will be subjected to disciplinary action.

Section II. Students are encouraged to avoid posting on social media that will degrade the
integrity and image of the school.

Section III. Writing on the walls, tables, chairs or desks or tampering/destroying of school
properties is prohibited.

Section IV. School premises should be kept clean and sanitary. Throwing of garbage
anywhere is prohibited. Students shall observe proper disposal of garbage.

Section V. If a student has been absent from classes, he/she will be admitted back to school
with written excuse letter from parents noted by his/her adviser.

Section VI. Students are not allowed to smoke (cigarette, vape) inside the school premises.

Section VII. Carrying of deadly weapons (knife, knuckle brass, ice pick, guns and any form)
within the school premises is absolutely prohibited.

Section VIII. Drinking of alcoholic liquor and using/bringing of any prohibited drugs are
absolutely prohibited.

Section IX. Outsiders are not allowed to enter the school campus unless with the permission
from the principal/ school guard /school personnel, they need to present their
valid Identification Card (ID). Visitors are advised to stay in the visitors
holding area.

Section X. Drunkenness, vandalism, stealing, and cheating are discouraged.

Section XI. All students are encouraged to wear complete school uniform with Identification
Card (ID) every day except civilian day. Students are encouraged to war proper
dress code.

Section XII. All students are obliged to attend the flag ceremony every morning at 7:15.
Students come after flag ceremony at 7:30 will be considered late.

Section XIII. Cutting classes, disturbances, loitering during class hours are subject to
disciplinary action.

Section XIV. Using of cellular phones (gaming, watching videos, music, or any related
activity) during class hours are prohibited. Charging of such device are
discouraged.

Section XV. Any Organization aside from SSG is prohibited in the campus but subject for
SSG probation.

Section XVI. Good grooming for males (clean hair cut) and females’ students are
encouraged. Colored hair are discouraged. Wearing of earing for males are
strictly prohibited.

Section XVII. Students are discouraged to show their Public Display of Affection and any
vulgar activities inside the school premises.

Section XVIII. Forgery and falsification of documents is prohibited.

Section XIX. Any form of bullying is discouraged.

Section XIX. Relationship, interaction and communication including following social media
with learners outside of the school setting, except if they are relatives are
prohibited (D.O. 49, s.2022).

Section XXI. Motorcycle of students are not allowed to park inside the school campus.

Section XXII. Any form of gambling or betting in any form inside the school premises is
highly prohibited.

Section XXIII. Any Students violating this regulation are subject for disciplinary measures.

1ST Offense - under guidance advocate / Advisers
2nd Offense - referral to the Principal
3rd Offense - Principals’ discretion

PROBATION
Any student who will not abide to these acts shall be delivered to the child protection
committee.

PROVISIONS
The School shall be responsible for the promulgating the child protection policy,
including a policy on bullying, a protocol for reporting and procedure for handling and
management of cases, consistent with these policies and guidelines.

EFFECTIVITY
This school rules and regulations shall take effect immediately upon the approval of
the School Governance Committee for the School Year 2022 – 2023.
