ृ ध शिऺण-अधधगभ की प्रक्रक्रमाओं की आवश्मकताओं को ऩयू ा कयने के
शरए ववद्मारम प्रभुखों औय शिऺकों के सतत व्मावसायमक ववकास (CPD) ऩय जोय दे ती है . इस उद्दे श्म की ऩूयतय के शरए सबी
शिऺकों औय ववद्मारम प्रभुखों से अऩेऺा की जाती है क्रक वे अऩने स्वमं के व्मावसायमक ववकास के शरए अऩनी रुधि के अनुसाय,
हय वर्य कभ से कभ 50 घंटे की यनयं तय व्मावसायमक ववकास गयतववधधमों भें केंद्रीम भाध्मशभक शिऺा फोर्य की नीयतमों तथा यनमभों
के अनुरूऩ बाग रें. इस संदबय भें, केंद्रीम िैक्षऺक प्रौधोधगकी संस्थान, याष्ट्रीम िैक्षऺक अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिऺण ऩरयर्द (CIET-
NCERT), िैऺणणक वर्य 2023-24 के शरए दीऺा ऩोटय र औय भोफाइर ऐऩ के भाध्मभ से ऑनराइन सतत व्मावसायमक ववकास
(CPD) कामयक्रभ प्रस्तुत कय यहा है .

ऩाठ्मक्रभ का वववयण याष्ट्रीम िैक्षऺक अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिऺण ऩरयर्द (NCERT) द्वाया प्रदत्त अनुरग्नक भें उऩरब्ध है .

केंद्रीम भाध्मशभक शिऺा फोर्य से संफद्ध सबी ववद्मारमों के प्रधानािामों/प्रभुखों से अनुयोध है क्रक वे अऩने संफंधधत ववद्मारमों के
शिऺकों को व्मक्ततगत रुधि के अनुसाय, इन ऩाठ्मक्रभों भें बाग रेने के शरए प्रेरयत कयें .

Subject: Implementation of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Programme for the academic
session 2023-24 - reg.

National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 emphasizes on the Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
of school heads and teachers to meet the needs of enriched teaching-learning processes for quality
education. For this purpose, all Teachers and School Heads are expected to participate in at least 50
hours of continuous professional development activities every year for their own professional
development, driven by their own interests, as per the norms/rules of CBSE. In this context, Central
Institute of Educational Technology, National Council of Educational Research and Training (CIET-
NCERT) is offering online CPD programmes through DIKSHA portal and mobile app for the academic
year 2023-24.

Course details are given in the Annexure provided by NCERT.

All Principals/Heads of schools affiliated to CBSE are requested to motivate their teachers to take on
these courses, as per their personal interest, with an objective to accomplish the target of 50 hours of
CPD programmes as mandated by NEP 2020.
