As researchers, by delving in to the experiences of cashiers can offer several
benefits and unveils issues by having deeper understanding of their perspectives
and needs within the workplace, which can inform organizational practices and
policies to improve working conditions and support frontline service workers. By
addressing challenges faced by cashier such as workload, job autonomy, and
interpersonal relationships, organizations can create a more positive work
environment that promotes employee health and happiness.
