2. Place of employment - Different places in Oman 3. Air Ticket - To join the company, candidates will bear inward by themselves for the first time and then to and fro air ticket will be provided after 2 years of contract completion 4. Working hrs - 8 hrs / day and 6 days / week (as per roster) 5. Over time - As per Oman Law (as per roster) 6. Probation period - 90 days from the date of entry into Oman 7. Resident permit - All permit processes will be completed by the company upon arrival of the candidate to Oman 8. Accomodation - The company shall provide free bachelor accommodation 9. Equipments - Candidates will receive uniform, shoes with other equipments to perform the job 10. Advance salary - Candidates will receive an advance of OMR 20 for the first 2 months for their food allowance 11. Water, electricity and gas - Provided by the company 12. Salary - 80 OMR / month 13. Candidate exit - If candidate leaves before 12 months, the company reserves the right to deduct costs incurred for bringing him to Oman.This amount will be adjusted after deducting the amount he has already paid. Since salary is paid in OMR, deduction will be in Omani Rials. 14. Hiring fees – INR 60,000 / - to be paid in 3 parts – 20000 on application, 15000 on medical completion, and the remaining 25000/ - on arrival date of confirmation – All money to be paid in India.
