Job Description of the Candidate

1. To do last mile commute of last mile delivery for the clients in NCR. Candidate will be assigned to a particular store
2. Candidate has to remain logged in on the client app as per the assigned shift & do the last mile delivery basis the
requirement coming on the app. Shift is of 8.5 hours & Candidate has to work 6 days in a week including Saturday &
Sunday
3. There are 4 shifts: (a) 5:30am-2:00 pm (b) 9:00 am-5:30 pm (c) 2:00 pm- 10:30 pm (d) 6:00 pm-2:30 am
4. There is a weekly pay-out for the candidate. Pay-out and incentive will be basis the orders fulfilled. Incentives will be
Weekly Incentive & Attendance Incentive. For example, if the candidate remains logged on the app during his shift, then
there is a minimum guarantee of Rs 2500 per week. Normally the candidate is able to earn around Rs15,000- Rs 20,000.
Candidate may however choose to do overtime. If the candidate works for 12-13 hours, then he can earn up to Rs
35,000-Rs 40,000 per month.
5. All the pay-out and incentives of the candidate will be transferred after applicable TDS
6. Candidate needs to perform the duties using 2 -wheeler electric vehicle. Electric vehicle will be provided by TriEV for
which the security is Rs 199 (refundable) and rental is Rs 1200 per week. This charge however includes unlimited
battery swapping. Additional incentive will be provided to the candidate on a weekly and monthly basis if the candidate
performs well. INR 3000 initial deposit (includes advance rental for the first week) plus 1300 Advance rental for 2-
seater EV
Eligibility of the Candidate
1. Minimum Age: 18 years age
2. Should have Driving license (Not mandatory), Aadhar Id, Pan Card and a Smart phone
3. Indian citizen
4. Working proficiency in Hindi/English. Knowledge of local language will be plus
Responsibility of the Candidate
1. To perform their daily assigned duties diligently & maintain themselves in a hygienic way
2. To maintain the EV & its battery in a responsive manner (Penalty will be levied in case of any wear & tear which is not
covered in insurance)
3. To return the EV in the same condition as it was allocated, else there will be deduction from the security deposit at the
time of final settlement
4. To follow traffic rules & advisory mentioned in the agreement

5. Work wages Coverage Up to 10 days wages coverage in case of hospitalisation
6. Monthly Incentive (INR 500-1000) On the basis of EV upkeep, continuity & work completed
Joining Process of the Candidate
1. Submission of KYC documents (Self- attested Aadhaar + Pan + Bank Passbook + Cancelled Cheque (if he has with his
name), One live photo (selfie) and mobile number at the designated hub on the joining date and Agreement signing
2. Security deposit - INR 199 (refundable) & Advance rental of Rs 1200 (per week); INR 3000 initial deposit (includes
advance rental for the first week) plus 1300 Advance rental for 2- seater EV
3. After document submission the candidate will have to download the client app and take 45 mins of online training. He
will need to report to the designated store in the assigned shift the next day where the candidate will be trained by a
buddy for delivering one order
Exit Process of the Candidate
1. Candidate needs to return the EV in the same condition as it was given at the time of allocation
2. In case of any breakage of spare part/ exterior which is not covered under the insurance, the amount shall be deducted
per the standard rate card from their security deposit to settle any traffic challan, issued on their allocated EV prior exit
