M/s.G.K Lakshmi Ganpati Minerals during the period
October, 2016 to June, 2018 regarding the alleged
illegal mining in Swara Mine Site, District Rupnagar, if
any.
ii. The certified copies of any complaints regarding illegal
mining by M/s.G.K Lakshmi Ganpati Minerals during
the period October, 2016 to June, 2018 regarding the
alleged illegal mining in Swara Mine Site, District
Rupnagar, if any.
iii. The certified copies of any orders regarding seizure of
any equipment/vehicle of M/s.G.K Lakshmi Ganpati
Minerals during the period October, 2016 to June,
2018 regarding the alleged illegal mining in Swara Mine
Site, District Rupnagar, if any.
iv. The certified copies of Inspection Reports carried out
by the Mining Department in Village Swara during
June 2016 to May, 2018 regarding illegal mining.
v. The certified copies of documents in the possession of
the department regarding possession/occupation of
land of Swara Mine site by M/s.G.K Lakshmi Ganpati
Minerals during the period October, 2016 to June,
2018.
vi. The certified copies of the documents in the possession
of the department on the basis of which Notice under
Rule 85(5) of PMMR, 2013 was issued to M/s.G.K
Lakshmi Ganpati Minerals for alleged illegal excavation
of minor mineral in Swara Mine site during the period
October, 2016 to June, 2018 by the Executive
Engineer/ Sri Anandpur Sahib Drainage-cum-Mining
and Geology Division, vide No.1811-16 dated
16.11.2022.
vii. The certified copy of Assessment Order/Noting file of
hearing held on 17.01.2023 by the District Mining
Officer, Anandpur Sahib regarding Notice under Rule
85(5) of PMMR, 2013 issued to M/s.G.K Lakshmi
Ganpati Minerals.
viii. The certified copies of entire record on the basis of
which the Executive Engineer/Sri Anandpur Sahib
Drainage-cum-Mining and Geology Division has
determined a quantity of 36069.00 MT having been
illegally mined by M/s.G.K Lakshmi Ganpati Minerals
during the period October, 2016 to June, 2018 as per
Form-S, Demand Notice (Rule 85(6) of PMMR, 2013)
issued vide No.1575 dated 14.02.2024.
ix. The certified copy of the order on the basis of which
Notice under Rule 85(5) of PMMR, 2013 has been
issued vide No.1811-16 dated 16.11.2022 jointly to the
Mining Contractor, landowners of village Swara, Sub
Tehsil Nurpur Bedi and crusher owners under
Drainage-cum-Mining Division, Sri Anandpur Sahib,
whereas originally the Notice was issued only to the
Mining Contractor.
 x. The certified copy of the calculations/details of
quantity of 36069.00 MT and amount of Royalty and
Penalty imposed vide S-Notice issued vide No.1575
dated 14.02.2024.
xi. The certified copies of official record regarding the
above matter between the period 16.11.2022 when R-
Notice was issued to 14.02.2024 when Demand Notice
was issued to M/s.G.K Lakshmi Ganpati Minerals for
the alleged illegal mining during the period October,
2016 to June, 2018.
