Respectfully forwarded to your office is the communication that the school is conducting the School
BSP/GSP Joint Scout Investiture Program and Backyard Camping scheduled on February 15,
2024 from 3pm until the 9am of February 16, 2024 at the school grounds.

The School BSP/GSP Joint Scout Investiture Program and Backyard Camping has the following
objectives that constitute the physical, mental and moral developments of the learner-scouts in the
scout method on outdoor experiential learning:

1. Provide the learner-scouts the outdoor immersion for developing scouting skills and
competencies essential in the development of their personality and character;
2. Capacitate the learner-scouts in the principle of “Learning by Doing” and in the patrol systems
of performing tasks; and
3. Provide opportunity to the learner-scouts in developing and enhancing their latent
potentialities all for building productive fellowships among their peers.

It is with this regards that the school would like to invite your contingent to grace the occasion
especially the investiture ceremonies on February 15, 2024 at 3pm.

May we also request for logistical support essential in the culmination activities of the overnight
backyard camping.
