In compliance with Police and Domestic Trade & Consumer Affairs Ministry to enforce copyright infringement on CDs, VCDs and DVDs piracy
which constitute an infringement of the copyright owners’s rights. Any person who commits an act of copyright infringement is liable on
summary conviction under the Copyright Act 1987, an offender can be fined up to RM 20,000 or imprisonment of up to 5 years. Therefore,
play or kept any pirated CDs, VCDs and DVDs in E-Mahenta’s vehicles are totally prohibited

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Rates quoted are only for the above said sector and it is subject to change due to fuel price fluctuations
2. Rates quoted are inclusive of toll fees, petrol, parking charges, maintenance and service of our chauffeurs.
3. The rates quoted above are excluding tippings (at your own discretion), entrance fees, and extra hour, midnight
surcharge and waiting hour

4. Confirmation of booking: A confirmation will be sent via email and is subject to driver and vehicle availability. Vehicle
usage is as per specified above or agreed upon only. E-Mahenta reserves the right to provide a similar vehicle within the
same class in the event the vehicle requested type is not available. In the event of a change to a vehicle in a higher
range which is not specified above, the variance of the rates will be charged to the hirer.
5. Midnight surcharge: A 50% surcharge will be levied on services between 2300hrs – 0630hrs.

6. All transfer usage does not include airport transfer to or from KLIA, SkyPark and LCCT (unless specified in this
proposal), additional airport transfer request subject to surcharge.

7. For pick up at KLIA, SkyPark and LCCT, First 1½ hours of waiting is free from the arrival of flight time. Subsequent
waiting hour will be charged. If passenger does not show up after 1½ hrs, it will be considered as a NO-SHOW and full
price will be charged. E-Mahenta reserves the right to cancel the booking if the flight is delayed more than 2 hours.
8. Please schedule your pick-up time to KLIA and LCCT - 3½ hrs prior to your flight departure time.
9. Food, smoking and littering are not permitted in vehicle.
10. Deposit and Payment Method
i) 50% Deposit or a 1-Month Up-front payment is required at the beginning of
the project. Payment is due once the invoice issued Failure to comply with this
may result in an automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your
deposit .

11. Cancellation Policy
i) Refunds or exchanges for unused services or features of any tour cannot be made unless agreed upon
prior to departure. ii)
Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received via Fax or e-mail in our office during normal
business days, excluding weekends and holidays. In the
event of cancellation made less than 72 hours, full cancellation fee to be charged.
