B. Where have you demonstrated this competency in class?

-I have demonstrated this competency in class especially I am a Criminology student of NEMCO

where problem solving scenarios are common in our major subjects. Critical thinking are applied
when we answer exams , quizzes, and oral participation during our class because in this course hasty
answers always leads to wrong answers.

C. Where have you demonstrated this competency outside of class?

- I also demonstrate this competency not just in class but also outside because there are things that we
encounter that needs careful decisions .

D. What step(s) might I take to improve this competency or skill?

- the steps that I might take to improve this competency or skill is that I need to become more aware
of my self, develop foresight, Ask questions if possible, practice active listening, and understand
how my mental process .

- I have demonstrated this in class when I don’t understand some of the contents of our topic, I ask
questions where I can enlighten myself. Communication also are one of the things I adopt during our
class because it is the way on how I can understand not just my instructor, but also my classmates.

- I demonstrated this competency outside of class when I’m spending time with my parents, friends,
and my lover where we communicate in order to understand and provide the needs of each other.

D. What step(s) might I take to improve this competency or skill?

- the steps that I might take to improve this competency or skill is that I need to consider the best
method to deliver my message, express what I have in mind, and understand the other side to avoid
miscommunication.

- I have demonstrated this competency in class when there’s a group activity that needs to be done.
Group Reports is where we are commonly having a teamwork, we share ideas on what we
understand, help the group members who are not that good in class so that our report will be
successful.

C. Where have you demonstrated this competency outside of class?

- I also demonstrated this competency outside of class when playing sports such as basketball, the
sport basketball is compose of 5 players each team, this sport needs every team players to cooperate in
order for their team to win.

- the steps that I might take to improve this competency is that I need to have a positive mindset, we
need to exercise together as a team, establish team rules and purpose and manage time efficiently

- I demonstrated this competency in class when we are using our phones to take the exam because our
mode of exam is thru online and also to make documents and reports in a computer laptop

C. Where have you demonstrated this competency outside of class?

- I demonstrated this competency outside of class when I go to internet cafe to research something for
my assignment, I used my phone to edit cellphone and many more. Nowadays, I tend to rely on
technologies when doing outputs because it is more faster than when I do it myself.

D. What step(s) might I take to improve this competency or skill?

- the steps that I take to improve this competency is that i need to get help from the tech experts, find
online tutorials and read technical books
