Task : Explanation of the Collaboration Structure Drawing with Clients

Based on the picture of a structure that was given to us, to be told/explained based
on this picture is a process or flow of cooperation between the employer and the
recipient of work or more precisely, project management, although the scope of project
management is very broad
The simplest definition of a client project is quite clear: it is any project that your
organization completes for another organization (a client). If the results you produce at
the end of the project are beneficial or belong to your client, not your organization, then
the project is a client project
We can also describe a client project as any project in which one or more
representatives from the client company are involved at some level beyond simply
receiving the final product, where input, feedback, or approval continually occurs
throughout the project
By general or more specific definition, the implications are the same: if internal
projects involve only managing your project team, client projects involve managing your
internal project team and some level of client interaction
Client-side project management plays a critical role in overseeing and directing
capital projects from the client/owner's perspective, ensuring that project objectives,
schedules, and budgets are met according to the client's needs and expectations.
The essence of client management is to retain your clients. the way is to make
them happy and meet their expectations for the project
