Since its inception in 2013,
the summit has championed the mission of
shaping future governments and creating a better
future for humanity.

Will be held under the theme of “Shaping Future

Governments”. The Summit will bring together
governments, international organizations,
thought leaders, and private sector leaders from
more than 140 countries, to promote
international cooperation and enable
governments to identify innovative solutions for
future challenges to inspire and enable the next
generation of government.

A coordinator will be assigned for each participant for

| Flight

The head of the delegation and the accompanying

delegates can be assisted by the WGS travel partners.
Refunds will not be issued for tickets booked directly
by participants.

| Hotel

Check-in and check-out will be booked as per your

flight itinerary, unless there is a special request or
change in dates requested in advance.
Flights, if not booked directly by the WGS, standard
check-in and check-out dates for the event will apply
and any additional nights will be charged to the
delegate. Please be sure to update the community
portal with your independently booked flights or
hotel.
WGS representatives will be available to assist at the
WGS Information Desk.
Hotel stays for a maximum of 3 nights during the
event depending on the engagement and the
invitation received from the WGS.
 | Transportation

• Delegations will be welcomed by the WGS Protocol

and transportation Team.
• For delegates traveling on Emirates Business class,
the Chauffeur service is arranged to drop delegates
at the hotel. Please proceed to Emirates Chauffeur
service desk upon arrival.
• For delegates on other airlines and Economy class,
Marhaba service will meet you as soon as you leave
the aircraft and will guide you through to the
transportation.
• The same transportation will be available from the
hotel to the airport.
• For delegates staying in Madinat Jumeirah Hotels,
the venue is within walking distance.
• For delegates staying in other hotels there is a
shuttle service daily from the hotel and back.

| Badge Collection

You can collect the badge at the hotel‘s WGS

Registration Desk. If you are not staying at a WGS
hotel, you can collect your badge from the
registration tent at the event venue on the day of the
event.

| Meals & Incidentals

• Breakfast is covered if booked by WGS.

• Lunch is served at the venue.
• Dinner, alcoholic drinks, laundry and other
incidentals are not covered.
