JIMENA: Good morning, gentlemen. We will start with the following question:
How do you consider yourself for this position?
ALEXIS: I consider myself a proactive, responsible, efficient person, ambitious
to continue learning and excel in my area of work.
A: In my case, I consider myself a capable person who can do everything
because I am a perfectionist, who seeks to find the method in which I can help
the company, in a very beneficial way, and thus be able to excel with great
success.
JIMENA: Very good features, sir. Now let's move on to another question. Why
are you looking to get this job?
A: I have come to this interview because I have been looking for an
opportunity to get it, since I have heard very good reviews about this
company.
ALEXIS: Because it is the field in which I specialize and because the company
has a long history, then I would like to be part of this team to contribute to its
growth.
JIMENA: I'm glad they feel those things for this company. What do they have
to offer this company?
A: I have an excellent ability with numbers, in addition to that, I have
developed great work experiences since I was a child and an immense desire
to move up and be able to innovate in the position that I know I am one
hundred percent qualified for.
ALEXIS: I have a background in marketing. I worked in companies like KPMG.
My last job was in the company "Don Pepe" where I worked as Area Manager.
JIMENA: In this job they have to know a lot about innovation and how to
improve the company. What sets you apart from other candidates?
A: I think what sets me apart from others is the discipline they impose on me. I
know that wherever I put myself, I will give it my all to push the limits.
ALEXIS: For me you will get a person who has extensive experience in the
field, I also have specializations that add value to my work.
JIMENA: They have excellent skills and a lot of confidence to respond. Finally,
