M: Hi, everyone. My name is Mayra Soto

J: Hello, Mayra. My name is Jean Zuñiga
P: And my name is Pierina. Today, we have to do a job interview. Let’s begin.

M: Good day, gentlemen. We will start with the following question: How do you consider
yourself for this position?

J: I consider myself a proactive, responsible, disciplined person, ambitious to continue

learning more things and excelling in my work area.
P: In my case, I consider myself a capable person that can do everything because I am
a perfectionist, who seeks to find the method in which I can help, in a very beneficial
way, the company and thus be able to excel with great success.
M: Very good features, gentleman. Now let's move on to another question. Why are you
looking to get this job?
P: I have come to this interview because I have been looking for the opportunity to obtain
it, since I have heard very good reviews about this company.
J: Because in the field in which I specialize, the company has a long history, so I would
like to be part of this team to contribute to the growth of myself and the company.
M: I am glad that they feel those things for this company. What do they have to offer this
company?
P: I have an excellent ability with numbers, in addition to that, I have developed great
work experiences since I was a child and an immense wish to promote and I can innovate
in the position that I know I am one hundred percent qualified.

J:I have knowledge in marketing. My last job was in the company "Don Pepe" where I
worked as Area Manager .

M: In this job, they have to know a lot about innovation and how to improve the company.
What makes you different from other candidates?
P: I think what makes me different from others is the discipline imposed on me. I know
that wherever I put myself, I will give my all to push the limits.
J: For me, you will get a person that have extensive experience in the field, I also have
specializations that add value to my work.

M: They have excellent skills and a lot of confidence in answering. Finally, we have the last
questions. What did you think of the interview? Do you have any questions?

P: I found it a very interesting interview. It has been a privilege to have been chosen and I
have no doubt. Thank you.
J: It has been a great experience and it is a great pleasure to meet
