''To what extent an employee feels self-motivated, content, and fulfilled with his job is termed “job

satisfaction." people always seek job promotions for higher wages neglecting their satisfaction and non-
monetary benefits in their work. They suffer from health issues and job discomfort, but choosing job
satisfaction will achieve job stability, professional advancement, and a healthy work-life balance.

To begin with, there are many advantages of a stable job, for instance, lesser stress, more fun, and hard
work to achieve organizational goals. You have made a positive contribution to the company's profitability
and are respected inside the workplace.
Furthermore, when you can't come up with responses that make you excited about the future, it could
indicate that you're stuck in your career and can’t achieve professional growth.

In addition, a healthy work-life balance will help you reduce health-related difficulties and the risk of heart
disease, hypertension, stress, and other lifestyle-related ailments and finally improve employee
productivity and performance at work. When you choose a big salary, the absence of a sense of fulfillment
in the workplace could cause job loss. This occurs because there would be less sincerity to work, which
leads to miserable attitude, reduced productivity, and finally loss of your job. When you are
uncomfortable at your job, you suffer from health problems such as anxiety and depression, resulting in
suicide. This shows that health issues could develop from the absence of a sense of job satisfaction.

To conclude, I can't entirely agree with the idea that a high salary is better than job satisfaction because
financial and medical problems may result from a lack of fulfillment at work. When you are motivated,
you will achieve and deliver outstanding results.
