Sir,

The MIS would like to recommend external storage for APDS Backup files. This will be used for
everyday storing of important documents (scanned images from PN, loans requirements for Deped)
which need high backup storage and to prevent data loss. Also, USB storage for transferring of billing
documents from different school division in Region 10,11 and 12. Please see attached file for
