The Archdiocesan Youth Days is a 3-days event (May1-3, 2015). The participants coming from the various parishes will
be fostered by the assigned host parishes. The host Parish will select families who are willing to foster the participants for
3 days. The following are some guidelines to be observed by the foster parents and as well as the participants.

Foster Parents Roles and Responsibility:


Top Priority
1.) Sleeping Place
2.) Breakfast 2nd Day and 3rd Day
[Lunch First Day (Parish Provided), Lunch and Dinner Second Day (REMASE), Lunch Third Day (REMASE)]
3.) Transportation

Friendly Reminder
-Optional: Attend AYD Events that are open to public especially for the foster parents.
-Give Your CellPhone Number for Communication Purposes
-Ask the Child if there is a Special Dietary Needs or Medications
*In case that the foster parents do not have any vehicle to send and fetch their foster youth during the event, the host
parish are encouraged to provide the service vehicle to facilitate the transportation of the participants.
