Sir,

We the MIS have already checked the computer unit of AS Collection previously used by
Gumapac, Geovanni A. for AS department. We recommend because the computer performance is very
slow particularly in generating reports in IACCS, google chrome for zimbra and also processing MS word
and excel documents. The processor (AMD Sempron 2008 model) is already outdated for the latest
update of google chrome and IACCS. Peripherals including keyboard where some keys are not
functioning anymore and mouse is not easily detected and clickable. Also, The LCD of the monitor has
noticeable white spots and cracks which resulted to blurred displays and low brightness. The following is
the specification of the unit:
